As a tourist, you’ll most likely be safe in the touristy areas. There are areas that are considered to be less safe than others and you should be careful if you’re traveling around these areas, especially alone. As a tourist however, theft is the most common crime you need to worry about. Always remember to lock your valuables and keep them off-sight when in crowded areas.
