The Modern Contemporary Museum (Moco) is a privately owned boutique museum in the heart of Amsterdam overlooking Museumplein. The couple who opened this museum back in 2016 specializes in pieces of Banksy, Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, and Salvador Dali.

Moco has one of the largest collections of Banksy’s artwork, with over 90 original pieces on its walls! His artworks are easy to follow and it’s very likely you’ve already seen it somewhere. The Moco Museum features some of his most iconic works – canvas work, sculptures, and even graffiti rescued from torn-down buildings.

Moco Museum is the first museum in the Netherlands to showcase this New York-based artist’s art! His fascination with pop culture objects, sports and the influence of archaeology are apparent in his artwork and that makes it stand out from the other arts in Moco.
